Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes refunds may be necessary. Our refund policy for the online training course is designed to be fair and accommodating. Please review the following guidelines: 

  1. Refund Eligibility: a. Full refunds will be provided if a refund request is made within the first   3days of the course start date. b. No refunds will be issued after 3 days from the course start date. c. Refunds cannot be requested once the course content has been accessed or downloaded. d. Refunds will not be granted for any completed modules or lessons. 
  1. Refund Procedure: a. To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team via email or phone, providing your full name, course details, and a reason for the refund request. b. All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. c. If eligible, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. 
  1. Non-Refundable Situations: a. Refunds will not be granted due to participant’s change of mind or lack of attendance. b. Refunds will not be provided for any promotional or discounted course purchases. c. In case of violation of our terms of service or abusive behavior towards instructors or other participants, refunds may be denied. 
  1. Course Cancellations: a. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course, participants will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
